About Us

We’re Stephen and Morgan Hicks, husband and wife, married in 2018, and building a life grounded in faith, family, and purpose.

Our story is one shaped by God’s grace and unexpected blessings. Through adoption, our family grew in a beautiful way, and we are honored to be parents to three incredible children — Madeliene, Whitaker, and Walker. They are the heart of our home and a constant reminder that family is formed by love, not just blood.

Together, we have the privilege of pastoring a church in Overton, Texas, where our passion is loving people, serving our community, and pointing others to Jesus. Ministry isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are, and it flows into every part of our lives.

Morgan was raised in South Louisiana and carries a deep love for her Louisiana roots—its warmth, traditions, and hospitality. Stephen was raised in East Texas, shaped by strong values, community, and faith. Our different backgrounds have blended into a life that honors both where we came from and where God has called us.

Whether through ministry, family, or the work of our hands, our desire is simple: to live faithfully, love deeply, and serve wholeheartedly.
